Lee Labrada's 4 Game-Changing Hacks to Stick to Your Workouts
Today, Lee Labrada reveals 4 hacks to help you stick to your workout program and stay consistent. 💪 If you find this show helpful, please hit the subscribe button and share it with a friend. Let's grow together and continue putting out great information to help you and others!
Consistency in training and nutrition is crucial to see those results. 🥗 Consistently exercising correctly and eating right day after day are major factors for success. While life can sometimes derail our plans, staying consistent in the long run makes all the difference in reaching our goals. 🚀
Here's my list of 4 things you can start doing today to improve your workout consistency and see more results:
1️⃣ Stick to a Routine: Choose an exercise routine and nutrition program and stick with it. Avoid falling into the trap of trying every new fad or changing routines too often. Give your body at least 90 days to respond before considering a change.
2️⃣ Under-commit: Make an honest assessment of your available workout time. If you can only work out three days a week, commit to a three-day program. It's better to have a set schedule and stick to it, reinforcing your sense of accomplishment. 🗓️
3️⃣ Schedule It: Treat your workout time and meals like any other important appointment. By scheduling and refusing to skip them, you'll become more consistent. ⏰
4️⃣ Get a Training Partner: Having someone to meet at the gym or be accountable to will help you stay with your program. It's more fun and helps prevent skipped workouts. 👫
Take advantage of these four action steps today to become more consistent with your exercise program. If you found this show useful, please hit the subscribe button and share it with someone. Your feedback and comments are always welcome below. Let's keep bringing you more valuable content! 👍

    Man Hunter wasn't high on my radar for the longest time, til' I watched him on Cutler Cast with Jay. Then I started to check out his Insta, jumped on over to his UA-cam. Man, can this guy coach. Just one session and the confidence in his athlete here by the time he hits the same pose 2nd, 3rd time. Incredble. Love my posing coach very much, but I appreciate the simplicity and more common/basic approach of Hunter's philosophy here. This is great. Liked and subbed and for sure will be tuning into more content here. Gonna try some of these tips in my first posing video I do on my channel (here in coming weeks).

    I been doing full body for a long time at home and I'm an experienced lifter. I've done splits too. I like the convenience of full body and if I workout two- three times per week, I hit everything 2-3x per week! I do it a bit differently though. I only hit Chest, Back, and Legs. So I choose an exercise for each ( usually a basic exercise) and do them as a circuit/superset. If I need to catch my breath, I do. Also I do abs and calves in between. I am 52 all of a sudden!...LOL. I don't feel there is a need to train shoulders and arms since they get enough work from the compound movements. Sometimes I'll hit them light, for reps. OR do a Squat press which is a great exercise which hits shoulders and everything else. A benefit to this routine is I'm also into Mountain Biking and full body does condition me for it and also since I hit everything in one workout, it's not a major inconvenience if I ride one day instead of train. And actually my motivation to continue training is so I can keep riding which I enjoy even more these days!😉

      @wildmike951 Місяць тому

      Great. The main thing is that you are still exercising and doing what works for you. I am 53 and I train 4 days a week with a split routine. Chest/Biceps/calves Back/ triceps Quads/ calves Hamstrings/ traps No more direct shoulder work. Maybe I will do them once every 2 months. Keep it up my fellow 50 year old friend

      Full body workouts have always been my favorite. I've done split routines but I've made my best progress on full body workouts. Now at 72, I respond to working the entire body at a quick pace. Building muscle and cardio is nice.
